Q.  What if cigars I order are temporarily unavailable?
A.  If you place an order and some of the requested cigars are not available, we will advise you of any delays and you can decide whether you want to wait or proceed with your order. We will only charge you for the product you wish to receive.
Q.  What if cigars I order arrive damaged?
A.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service or our product, please e-mail us at cigarinfo@cigarchief.com, or via telephone at 1.877.526.2376 immediately. We will then provide a full credit for the product that is returned to us

 Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. Cancellations of orders must be made with business hours 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern Time by either calling us at 1.877.526.2376 or by email to cigarorders@cigarchief.com, this must be done within immediately. If after 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.
