Are you worried that you’ve missed out on an email newsletter?  If you’re sure you’ve already subscribed to get the best prices on cigars in Canada, then follow the steps below to mark us as a “Safe Sender” and avoid the spam filters:

Gmail:

  1. ​Log into your email account
  2. Click ‘Contacts’ along the left side of any Gmail page
  3. Click ‘Add Contact’
  4. Copy and paste our ‘From’ address, cigarorders@cigarchief.com, into the primary email address dialog box
  5. Click ‘Save.’

Missing an email? Check if our email is in the ‘Spam’ folder. If it is, check the box next to our email and click the ‘Not Spam’ button along the top.

Windows Live Hotmail:

  1. ​Log in to your email account
  2. Open your mailbox and click ‘Options’ (upper right hand corner)
  3. Click the ‘Junk Email Protection’ link (top of page)
  4. Click the ‘Safe List’ link (second from bottom)
  5. Copy and paste cigarorders@cigarchief.com into the dialog box titled ‘Type an address or domain’ Click the ‘Add’ button next to the dialog box

Missing an email? Check if our email is in your ‘Junk Email Folder.’  If it is, open the email and click the ‘Not Junk’ button. Next, check to see if our email address is in your ‘Blocked Senders’ list. If you see a message from cigarchief.com on this list, select it and click the ‘Remove’ button.

Yahoo!:

You will need to set up a filter to redirect our email into your inbox:

  1. ​Log into your email account
  2. Open your mailbox and click on ‘Mail Options’ (upper right hand corner)
  3. Select Filters
  4. Click the ‘Add’ link on the filters page
  5. Update the ‘From Header’ rule with the following two pieces of information: ‘contains’ and ‘@cigarchief.com’
  6. Click the ‘Choose Folder’ pull-down menu and select ‘Inbox.’ Pick the ‘Add Filter’ button.

Missing an email? Check if our email is in your Yahoo! ‘Bulk Folder.’ If it is, please open the email and click the ‘Not Spam’ button. Next, check to see if the address the email was sent from is in your ‘Blocked Addresses’ list. If you see cigarorders@cigarchief.com on this list, select it and click the ‘Remove Block’ button. Finally, please set up a filter as outlined above.
