Escobar Natural (a.k.a. Habano) Premium Cigars are a hand-crafted medium-to-strong bodied cigar with a perfectly smooth draw and a long lingering finish. They are a blend of three vintage sun-grown and aged Habano tobaccos grown specifically in the rich volcanic soil of Nicaragua. These blended and balanced flavors of the Escobar Cigar are dominated by vanilla and white pepper flavor, dried fruit, cocoa and caramel that sticks strongly to the palate with delicious density, and possesses a persistent earthy flavor of leather and Chinese spices. A pleasant surprise. Good construction, great draw, lots of smoke. The ash is flakey but ok. Very smooth cigar with thick smoke texture. Light in strength, mild to medium bodies. Wonderful flavors. Not peppery or spicy at all. Sweet, vanilla with a medium finish. I usually prefer stronger cigars but this stick was really enjoyable. Perfect breakfast stick. Everyone will enjoy this stick especially newbies. I’m going to stock some for friends. Give it a try !

This was really nice. I picked up one of these and the maduro wrapper. Both were super solid. Draw felt a bit tight before smoking, but it burned extremely well and didn’t need to be tended to. Flavours were smooth, with some chocolate and leather notes. These are definitely a solid buy.

I just received a box of these cigars a few days ago. The box was pristine, without any warning labels on it. Additionally, the cigar had its original band still intact. As for the cigar itself, I found that it had a nice draw with plenty of smoke. However, the burn started to canoe during the second third of the cigar. A little adjustment was all it needed to get back on track. While I would have given this cigar 4 out of 5 stars, I added an extra star just for the beautiful box itself. I plan on purchasing more of these in the future.

The sweet vanilla flavour in the first quarter almost made sick, but it later became incorporated in the fullness of the cigar and was pretty good. I’ve only smoked one of the five I ordered and I hope the future smokes are more pleasant.

I have to revise my earlier review. I smoke two more of these and the vanilla taste didn’t show up. Maybe it was a bad cigar or “just me.” In any case, I can now say this is a solid cigar with a tasty bite.

Excellent cigar. Perfect burn and draw. Smooooth. I didn’t get all the different flavours but I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely recommended.
