This maduro iteration caught me by surprise. First half treated me to earthy leather, espresso, and roasted nuts, with a sharp black pepper kick. As it progressed, vanilla sweetness and licorice peeked through, mellowing the profile. The burn was a bit needy with touch-ups toward the end, but the draw stayed open and rich. It’s bold, flavorful, and built for Maduro lovers—perfect with a stout or black coffee.
