BLACKENED M81 Toro by Drew Estate is a bold, handcrafted Nicaraguan cigar created through the collaboration of Jonathan Drew, Metallica co-founder James Hetfield and BLACKENED American Whiskey master distiller Rob Dietrich. The 6 x 52 Toro format provides a longer, fuller presentation of the line’s dark and powerful Maduro-forward profile.

Known as “Maduro to the Core,” the M81 Toro uses a deep Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper over a Connecticut River Valley Broadleaf Maduro binder. Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania broadleaf Maduro tobaccos form the filler blend, resulting in a layered, full-bodied smoke built around some of the cigar world’s most expressive dark leaves.

The flavour profile is rich and complex, with notes of espresso, black coffee, dark chocolate, earth, leather, wood, pepper, cinnamon and warm toast. A subtle natural sweetness and creamy mocha finish help balance the cigar’s darker, more intense character.
