Jose L. Piedra Cazadores Cuban Cigars
- Size: 6 x 43
- Strength: Medium-Full
The Jose L. Piedra Cazadores is an affordable and tasty Cuban cigar, of Cazador format, 43 ring gauge, 6″ (152mm) long. Never too strong and full of typical Cuban flavors, it is really a great Habano which quality price ratio cannot be easily beaten.
About Jose L Piedra Cigars
Made from Remedios (Cuba’s oldest tobacco producing region) tobaccos using the traditional Tripa Corta, Totalmente a Mano – short filler, totally hand made – technique with a blend that provides a medium to full flavor.

My favourite of the Piedra line-up, the earthy Cuban flavours are there, consistent, good draw and good burning cigar. Great as an everyday smoke.

Good every day smoke. A little harsh towards the end. Good burn and draw. Good value for the price.

Very good smoke for the value. It’s a very close competitor with Guantanamera cristales.

Satisfies the need for a decent size stick without breaking the bank. It hits familiar tasty notes of some more expensive cubans, but I find this period brief compared with most others I smoke regularily. It is a lil harsh before and after this period. The wrapper is rough and rugged. Still a good item for the price and to have kicking around in humidor.

smoked these back in the 90’s cigar craze, can’t beat them for 5 bucks which is what I paid for them in the 90’s, how do they do it, great plow boy smoke

I Have been smoking the Jose brand from day one ,the quality of these Cazadores have been going downhill every year ,its hit and miss with these ,a large percentage of them won’t even burn properly because they are full of floor droppings,i’m done smoking these plus the price keeps going up

It’s a cheap Cuban. It’s not the best, but it’s pretty good.
