Luciano Foreign Affair is a cigar line crafted by Luciano Cigars, spearheaded by CEO and co-founder Luciano Meirelles, alongside Mike Dounoulis (regional sales manager), and Frank Cossio from Astorian Cigar Co.
Luciano and his collaborators envisioned this cigar as more than just a smoke—they saw it as an expression of unity and connection. As Luciano Meirelles puts it, cigars create a space where “barriers are bridged, and guards lowered… no matter how foreign we may be to one another, the humanity in us overwhelms our perceptive differences.”
Frank Cossio noted the blend “offers boldness alongside sweetness… so balanced you can fully enjoy it without becoming overwhelmed”.

Light medium, notes of nutmeg, fruit, cedar, brown sugar and a touch of pepper, mediocre smoke volume, construction poor, loose seams right out of the cello, clipping the cap wrapper cracked and half the wrap came off all the way to the band, burn was fairly even till end of first 3rd and hit loose seams then wrapper unraveled and burn got uneven and required continuous touch ups. If not for the construction issues this would have been a good smoke. This is the 3rd of 5 I got, could be they are too dry as squeeze was hard and felt like crunching tobacco, first time trying this brand and no humidor time as I wanted to test them out before getting a box while they where still on sale, have 4 other blends coming and hoping for better results, not likely to reorder these.

Ordered 30 of this stick. Was disappointed after reading smokenclays explicit review before receiving my order. Smoked one today, and I will order again. Nice to have the original ring under the demoralising green one!
