Macanudo Ecuador Robusto
- Size: 5 1/2 x 50
- Strength: Mild-Medium
Beautiful, yet complex. Sweet, with spice. Rich, but nuanced. Macanudo Inspirado White is a study in contrasts. Outside, its golden Ecuadoran Connecticut wrapper, aged for 6 years, delivers an aesthetic quality like no other. Inside, an Indonesian binder brings forth an aromatic richness. Nicaraguan Estelí and Mexican San Andrés leaves, each aged for four years, continue the experience, producing a cigar brimming with notes of earth and spice.

Not your average Connecticut Shade wrapped cigar. Peppery and has an interesting change of flavours throughout the smoking of it. Nice aroma.

Very smooth smoke. One of my favourite cigars, next to Macanudo Orange and Cohibas.

Never tried this company before (macanudo) but wow what a cigar. Smooth, nice smoke input, and flavors are nice. Just placed a single in my order, and wow what a smole
Will be ordering a box next go.

Great cigar, solid performance, nice ash. This cigar I do recommend for a more mature pallet due to the slight peppery taste.

This brand consistently delivers quality. Best burning cigar ring. Definitely would buy a box.

I tried it for the first time today and it was a cigar that I bought based on the comments.
I was disappointed, definitely not smooth. Cracked wrapper leaves

very good cigar for the price, a very good flow, great taste really medium Strength. very good with a whiskey. nice notes of earth and spices very present, slight taste of wood.the wrapper leaves, detaches easily, very slight notes of bitterness, even in the 2nd part. a good 45 minutes to 1 hour of tasting. the real negative point is the wrapper leaves which comes off easily

Mild, smooth, good draw, solid white ash, 35 min to band, creamy with hint of sweetness, caramel and chocolate. I tried the churchill for the first time as a test on my last order, liked it very much but off course when I went back to order more it was sold out so I ordered a box of Ecuador, Nicaragua and Honduras Robusto’s, just got my order today and put in humidor and selected one to smoke right away. Wrapper is very thin so handle delicately , right out of cello sleeve wrapper was unraveling mid barrel, cracked and unravelling on cap v cut, started to smoke and wrapper split in couple places, fortunately the binder kept things together and was able to smoke through it till I laid it to rest at the band, it did burn even right through but the wrapper splayed out and was left hanging until I tapped ash off. Due to the wrapper issues at a premium price point can only give 3 stars, it is a good flavored enjoyable smoke, I pray there are not to many like this in the rest.
