Partagas Linea Maestra Origen
- Size: 6 1/8 x 46
- Strength: Medium-Full
Part of a new premium series in the Partagás portfolio, the Línea Maestra (“master line”) was launched as a luxurious extension—much like Cohiba’s Behike (2010), Montecristo’s Línea 1935 (2017), and Romeo y Julieta’s Línea de Oro (2020). First shown at the 2023 Habanos Festival in Havana with three unique sizes: Origen, Rito, and Maestro.
Receiving a rating by Cigar Aficionado of 91 points, the tasting notes highlight a reddish wrapper, tapered head, and flavors of cedar, leather, earth, with coffee bean and maple nuances.
CigarsLover Magazine offers a detailed breakdown: starting with creamy cappuccino and hazelnut, evolving through wood and cinnamon, transitioning to leather and increased strength, culminating with espresso, black pepper, leather, wood, and hazelnut. The strength peaks at medium-full (4/5).

God I’ve wanted to try one of these for 2 years now (since I first heard them announced) but I just cannot justify spending that much money to light on fire because I’d want a 2 more to put in my humidor but I can’t justify spending $500 on 3 smokes… 5 years ago I could of bought a case of Cubans for that much AND STILL thought it was silly lol. Oh well, to each his own… I guarantee if they have the name Partagas on it they are amazing and way better than anything that says Cohiba on it.
