At such an economical price point, my expectations were not too high for these. I would not place em at a premium, however, certainly a decent smoke for a reasonable price. At approximately $5.50 per pack, I can’t be too critical but a couple minor points I will mention are, the cotton filters extended longer into the cigarillo and the result noticeably yields the amount of tobacco you get per piece vs slightly more expensive brands which have shorter cotton filters in favour of more tobacco. I ordered Vanilla, they smell good and the flavour does come through, however, it’s not as intense and aromatic as I would like. For those who may be on a smaller budget and seek the best possible value for your money, I would recommend these. It’s a good smoke, but not of superior quality. This is just me, I’m accustomed to premium cigarillos and don’t mind paying a substantially higher price for better quality. Some may say I’m too critical but I am only giving my honest thoughts. Would I order these again…? The answer is yes, I would. I plan to order a carton of cherry next and perhaps may come to appreciate these a little more having tried a second flavour. I don’t need to smoke the most costly brands on the market all the time, there are instances now and then where I may opt for more cost-effective product while saving some dough at the same time. In cases like this, Smokin Joes are a good bet.
Thanks Chief.
