When is my subscription processed?
Your first subscription is processed and shipped as soon as your order is made. Please allow us 24-72 business hours to process your order. Our standard shipping is between 4-7 business days.
Your next month's subscription is automatically processed on the first day of the month. On approved order, your subscription will begin processing & shipping immediately after.
When is the cutoff date for the current/next month's subscription box?
Orders within 5 days of the end of the month (ex. July 27 - July 31) will have their automatic renewal skip 1 month and be renewed the following month.
For example if you ordered July 28th, then your first subscription will ship as normal. But your next subscription will be September 1st instead of the regular August 1st.
How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time if no longer wish to continue getting new monthly items. You can manage your subscription in your My Account > Subscriptions.
What if my subscription order fails?
If your subscription order fails for any reason (ex. a common reason is your credit card expired) then you have 5 days to update your payment method until your subscription is automatically cancelled.
Do I need an account to purchase a subscription?
Yes. You will need to have a Cigar Chief account to purchase a subscription. If you do not have an account when making a subscription order you will be forced to create one during checkout.
Is my credit card saved securely?
Yes. Your credit card is saved with our secure payment processor, Elavon. Your credit card details are not stored on our website or our physical store.
Can I return my subscription box?
No Returns - No Exceptions

Had this subscription for about 4 months. Cigars are well packaged. You get a good mix of expensive and inexpensive cigars. It has a good value. 5 stars for the value. The problem is with the shipping. If you aren’t there to receive it during the day, then it waits for you to pick it up at Loomis. They don’t tey to deliver it again. I live 45 mins away from thier nearest depot. Why did I pay for shipping if this is the case.
So 3 stars because of the shipping.
And I am not happy about having to cancel the subscription because of shipping, but I have to go to work and can’t wait at home for cigars. They won’t pay for themselves.

Good value for the money… Especially if you can go in person and skip the shipping cost. If I lived outside of driving range I’d still recommend trying it for yourself.

My only wish AND I’ve made it now is a cigar a day month club. 20-30 cigars eacvh month club ) IF you live in a big city acess is easier BUT everwhere else is substandard, not fair. Even 30/31 cigar subscription at around $400?
