A smooth flavour and even burn. Great gift for casual or novice that may not finish an entire stick.
Ocasionato –
Very mild no head spinning to the end. Great dollar value.
jumbo.john (verified owner) –
Very mild, well rolled ready to smoke cigars (no cutter required) was a great tube to slip in a pocket and go. would definitely toss a few in my fishing gear, or saddle bag.
Chahe Kafafian –
Mild and smooth. All Cuban flavours are there. Affordable and ideal for every day smoking. I smoke one with my morning coffee.

A very nice, mild cigar. It burns evenly, and has a great taste. A long corona-diameter cigar, it gets a little bite in the last 2 inches (time to stop). A terrific value and a good smoke.

Bought a 10 pack and they all came very dry to the point of the wrapper almost cracking. Should have been in a box like the picture but were only in a ziplock bag. I have them in my homemade Tupperwear container with couple Boveda packs hoping to restore them a bit. Here’s hoping they will still taste good.

An alright stick if you just want a hint of cuban flavor on a shoestring budget. Its a rough rolled somewhat finicky cigar.
There’s better non cubans out there for cheaper
Ryan J (verified owner) –
Mild & smooth like the other reviewers said, kind of a woody taste? Couldn’t quite point my finger on it. Went fine with some light coffee.
Yea, the last couple inches turned harsh for me, really pleasant up to that point. For the price, not bad to have on hand.

Great stick at a affordable price. Nice smooth mild flavour and enjoyable.

Beautiful and pleasant cigar, quite an affordable price for a good Cuban, and a nice even burn you’d expect from this brand. But, and this is a big but… The two boxes of 5 I ordered arrived extremely dry. My desktop humidor normally sits around 63 to 65 percent humidity. As soon as these were added, it tanked to 50 percent and nothing I did would bring that up. They just sucked up every drop of humidity in there. I’ve had to “quarantine” them in their own small humidor with two humidity packs just to try to revive them. I’m hoping this was just a one off, as other reviews don’t seem to have any concerns. Just be prepared to hydrate dinner dry smokes in case.

Actually not bad at all. Nice and mild, even burn throughout. Doesn’t look the best, looked like a child rolled it but was impressed with the taste. Lasted about an hour. Will definitely buy again.

Honestly The Worst- I don’t write reviews but these are not worth the poor wrapper they are rolled in.(poorly) Really. I gave them to friends and apologize in advance. The wrapper is the worst- Cut them in half just to get a pce of smoke. No body in them and overall not good. R

I have been smoking Cubans for 25 years – by no means this is comparable in quality to Cohibas or MCs, however pricewise, it is fantastic for starters and if you got guests whom you don’t wanna waste a Cohiba on
katelly69 (verified owner) –
for 5 bucks you can not go wrong. not to bad at all.

I can smoke a mild cuban for decent money, that’s great. They became my daily smoke, you have to relight sometimes if you’re slow smoker like me but it’s ok, i like the taste, sometimes creamy along the way, I’ll keep ordering.

I just received my 10 Guantanamera Cristales yesterday and smoked one last evening. Very satisfying: mild, lightly flavored, burns well and easily, ashes hold well. Each cigar is individually packed in a plastic tube, very elegant, humidity is just right. A real “beginner’s” cigar.
At 70, I am still a beginner, having quitted smoking regularly at age 27, but kept burning a cigar once in a while on the outside in the summer time. My wife loves the smell of it. It means a few cigars per summer (5-7), with intervals of years if I don’t find where to buy them. Cigar Chief provided me with prompt and satisfying service, prices are right and the box of cigars is safely secured in a well padded box. I recommend both the cigars and the seller.

Really good flavour, I had some chocolaty taste which was really nice

This is a great daily smoke. Right price for 5 bucks and about a 35-45 minute smoke. Amazing convenience having them in individual tubes for quick and safe travel.
Tastes great, very smooth, a little more mild than I’d like my Cubans to be, but definitely not a complaint.

Everyday cigar price point. Cuban tobacco but machine rolled. I always have a box or two on hand.

Bought 5 to try and I am very pleased with this cigar for the price.
Arrived in almost perfect humidity
Out of the package the tobacco Smells nice
Very light smooth nice sweet flavour the whole way
I wouldn’t say there anything special but for this price point I’d say it’s a great bang for your buck
I think I Will stock up on these

Absolute garbage. Save your money. Spend it on a quality stick. These taste like cardboard. Far greater options on this site.
Why are these getting love? The Cuban connection is name only. Highly overrated.
Jacques Brisebois (verified owner) –
very mild cigar they burn good no cuter required ,and has a great taste quite an affordable price for a good Cuban
Grimy –
Amazing deliverance for the price! Smooth, impressive draw due to a great attention to the structure. The rich but gentile creamy flavor is present thru the whole sitting. The burning was even for an impressive pourcentage of the batch aquired. The pre-made hole is just the right size for a perfect airflow and very convenient. Paired very well with a smoky Ardbeg as much as with a more fruity scotch and as always, amazing with a rich coffe. For this price range this cigar will become my go to without a single doubt. Do yourself a favor a try it. Not praying for my own church here but it is an under-priced product.

I mean, what better for my daily cigar with a scotch?
Perfect.

Worth the coin for a case. I have a bad habit of putting cigars in my pockets and sitting on them later, The individual protective tube has saved me more than one cigar so far.
phil.rajotte (verified owner) –
Not a bad stick for the price. Very mild and a reasonable pick for a quick daily smoke if that’s your thing. I keep a bunch of these on hand for guests who are new to cigars and also for my winter smoke breaks outside.

Just smoke a stick with my bro. Me and him agreed on these points …
Pro :
●Individual tubing.
●Taste a liltle like tribidad reyes
●Nice size, about 1hrs to smoke
●The price!
Cons :
●The rapper is poor quality , very veiny.
Finnaly, after considering all these points we conclude that we smoke alot of other new world brand that was not as good.
We recommend!

For $4.85 each, I’m in heaven. Individual tubes is a great idea. It’s about a hour long for smoking. Five stars. Two thumbs up. I will be ordering more. I’m be a returning customer.
Cheers,
Me

After returning to cigars after a very long break, these are decent go to for a mild re-introduction . Good for an evening smoke with a glass of wine, They will be a regular in my humidor to offer friends when they visit or a quick grab and go thanks to the the tube.

Can feel Cuban just a bit too mild .

Despite the fact that it as been a while since I smoked one of these, I’m quite familiar with the product.
Like it’s couterpart, the Minutos, we’re talking about a decent little cigar at a very friendly price.
Yes, you may encounter some issues every now and then such as harshness or combustion.
But again, like with the Minutos, keep in mind what you are paying for these.
And also, let’s not forget the stellar service we get from Cigar Chief.
These guys are the best !

Best value. Taste of cuba and this stick gets pretty damn good at the half way mark. Best card game cigar.
Kreed (verified owner) –
For a machine rolled Cuban Cigar these are simply one of the best affordable priced
Rustic Cubans that you can buy. I recommend aging these for at least 2 -5 years. They refine and become a much taster treat that come closer to the more expensive Cubans. Smooth and mild with a smooth medium finish. goes great with a nice Bourbon .
I recently finished off a 7 year aged Cristales and found that it was even better than my 3-4 year old aged versions.

These are very hit or miss.
Wrapper control:
Ive found that the wrappers crack and unwrap really easily, they are super prone to bursting in a humidor at 60-65. While smoking I frequently get little bits in my mouth of tobacco, not pleasant. Since they are pre cut, if the cut starts to unravel, it is hard to salvage mid smoke.
Filling:
Sometimes the cigars are packed perfectly, other times are very loose.
The reason I gave it a 4 star is because when you get a good one.. they’re good, it is extremely pleasant to smoke the entire way though.
When you get a bad one, it feels like you’re puffing on air the first half of the cigar, it does pick up at the mid way point, but the taste isn’t very full or robust.
Overall, I think they’re good to have if to share with a friend who isn’t into cigars or cant finish a full size. For $4 they are still a cuban after all.

Quite smooth and not that harsh for a beginner for my first cigar i have to say its quite good and if possible id love to ad vert it on my youtube channel
marc.windmemuth –
Very smokey and all the flavours expected from a cuban cigar are present. Very mild good for someone who is just getting into smoking cigars and doesn’t have experience.
Percy Thompson (verified owner) –
This was my first cigar, and an exceptional beginner one. They are pre-cut and the burn was very easy and even. I dont have much to compare to other cuban flavors, but there was a very distinct mild woody flavor and it tasted ever so slightly darker as the night went on. Overall a very nice smoke that I’m sure most novices like me can enjoy fully.

Best for your buck organic cigar from Cuba. It’s smell good, have a good mild taste, It’s the cigar you choose to go outside in public. It’s a big and long corona format I really recommend It if you are also on budget.
