ADVentura’s The Royal Return King’s Gold is somewhat of a contrast to its sister blend, the Queen’s Pearls. Instead of a Connecticut-shade wrapper, the King’s Gold uses a toothy Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, sitting atop a Mexican San Andres binder, and a long-filler combination of Nicaraguan, Dominican, and American tobaccos. With a blend like that, you’d expect quite a bit of punch, but the King’s Gold nails the balance with notes of cocoa, earth, nuttiness, wood, and soft pepper.

Aging:

Raw tobacco between 5 years, cigars 6-8 months.
