About Arturo Fuente Cigars
Arturo Fuente cigars are consistently rated among the best cigars in the world. Our reputation for unsurpassed quality, with both flavor and construction, has amassed a loyal following among cigar connoisseurs.
In 2012, the Fuente companies celebrated 100 years of hard work, dedication and family tradition. When the Fuente companies was established in 1912, Arturo Fuente would have never dreamed his passion for cigars would become a global benchmark for the cigar industry. He started his company with humble beginnings, rolling and blending cigars in the back of his house with his wife Cristina and two sons, Carlos and Arturo Oscar. Four generations later, the company is still family-owned and operated in the Dominican Republic.
From the very beginning the focus of making a Fuente cigar was quality; quality tobacco, quality craftsmanship, and taking the time necessary to make a truly remarkable cigar. “We don’t hurry things; we just do things the way they are supposed to be done.” says Carlos Fuente Sr.
100 years later, a burning passion for cigars continues to inspire the Fuente family. As they pass down to their children the culture and traditions of Arturo Fuente, the Fuente family will continue to make the world’s finest cigars for generations to come.

Punch cut
1/3 – Strength and body is mild; it is a gentle and delicate smoke, nothing aggressive. Notes of coffee with cream and wood with some tannins. Hint of spice on the palate for the finish. Also picked up some citrus note well into the first third.
2/3 – Pretty much the same notes but with a mild-medium body. The coffee note got darker into espresso with crema territory.
3/3 – Taste profile is the same with a longer lasting finish. When too close to the end, the metallic taste takes over.
Overall – I enjoyed this cigar, great with good company and with a good conversation. If paired with a spirit, I would recommend something delicate that doesn’t overpower this cigar, perhaps a Lowland or a Speyside scotch. I think even Irish would pair well such as Red Breast which has the sweet graham cracker profile. Personally, I would give it 88/100.

Sparked this one up after a Tobacconist Blend Maduro and can not Express how impressed I am. I have never been able to retro hale a full sized cigar, and this one is an absolute joy to. The flavours are right up my alley, very sweet and pleasant like a Maduro should be, however very mild and delicious.
