The large ring gauge expands quickly from the cigar’s narrow foot to a broad 60 ring centre, creating a dense, cool and aromatic smoke before tapering again at the head. The dark, toothy Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper delivers deep notes of dark chocolate, espresso, earth and natural sweetness. Aged Dominican tobaccos provide a creamy foundation of cedar, roasted chestnut, leather and subtle pepper, balancing the Maduro wrapper’s richness with the refined character of the Hemingway line.
The cigar begins with dark cocoa, toasted nuts and fresh bread before developing espresso, leather, cedar and earth. Notes of gingerbread, licorice and raisin emerge through the middle, while cream and a touch of pepper keep the profile balanced. The finish is long and smooth, with dark chocolate, coffee bean, sweet tobacco and lingering spice.
