The cigar uses an Ecuadorian Rosado Sun Grown wrapper over Dominican binder and filler tobaccos. The reddish Colorado wrapper is selected from the lower primings of Ecuadorian tobacco plants, then aged for nearly a decade before being used in the Magnum R line. This extensive aging helps create the blend’s polished sweetness, warm spice and smooth character, while the Dominican tobaccos contribute cedar, earth and a creamy core.
