Handmade in Nicaragua, this box-pressed 6 x 57 Gordo features a dark Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan long fillers. The wrapper provides deep earth, dark cocoa and molasses-like sweetness, while the Nicaraguan tobaccos add espresso, cedar, leather and black pepper. Its broad ring gauge produces dense, cool smoke and gives the blend time to evolve through a long, measured session.

Expect flavours of dark chocolate, espresso, earth, leather, cedar, roasted nuts, molasses, black pepper and warm baking spice. The cigar opens with rich cocoa and coffee before deeper leather and cedar emerge through the middle.
