Bridge Spearmint 15 Mg stands out with smooth, lightly sweet spearmint flavour and extra strong 15 mg nicotine strength in slim, all white pouches. This 100% tobacco free format is made for users who want a fresh, cooling spearmint profile paired with the strongest nicotine level in the Bridge range.
The flavour centres on classic spearmint, delivering a gentle minty sweetness that feels fresh and rounded rather than sharp. Unlike icy or menthol forward profiles, spearmint keeps the taste soft and familiar, with a clean finish that freshens and cools at the same time. The flavour is designed to stay present throughout use, giving the pouch a consistent taste from start to finish.
Each slim, soft pouch sits comfortably and discreetly under the lip. The construction supports a quick and steady release of flavour and nicotine, helping the spearmint character and nicotine strength hold steady during use. Each pouch is designed to be enjoyed for up to 30 minutes or until satisfied.
The all white, tobacco free design keeps the format clean and mess free, while the low profile shape makes the pouch easy to wear in everyday settings. With its smooth spearmint flavour and extra strong nicotine level, Bridge Spearmint 15 Mg is a dependable choice for users who want a strong yet gentle mint pouch experience.
Each tin contains 20 spearmint pouches and includes a flavour saver compartment for storing used pouches, making disposal clean and convenient wherever you are.

These are my go-to since I quit vaping . If you are new to nicotine pouches or are unsure of what brands to order, try Bridge.
I’ve only tried cool mint, spearmint, and wintergreen, all good flavors. They arent sickly sweet like some other brands. Theres a good balance of flavor. They also don’t make my saliva burn my throat.
Wintergreen is the least mint-y in my opinion. If you don’t like the burn of the mint but want a strong hit go for 15mg wintergreen. Good wintergreen flavor. Not offensive and enjoyable to have in the gums. 10mg of wintergreen was a bit underwhelming int terms of burn and buzz, but would be good for someone who doesn’t like the burn a lot.
Cool mint has a much more pronounced mint burn than wintergreen, which I like. 15mg cool mint is what I have been using since I quit vaping. 15mg made it pretty easy to stop vaping. I tried the 10mg and it wasn’t enough for me (i vaped heavily keep that in mind)
Spearmint has the strongest mint burn in my opinion. If you like the burn sensation but have a low nicotine tolerance try spearmint 10mg.
Hope this helps you and saves you from buying a product you won’t like

For me the pouches construction and flavour were great, I did find I would get frequent headaches, which means I probably won’t be going back to Bridge

Excellent brand! They are a moist pouch, which I prefer. Towards the end of a tin, they can get a bit dried out depending on how fast you use them up, but not that big a deal. Put them in the fridge if you want to keep moist. Spearmint is a bit less minty than the Mint, but the nicotine hit is nice and strong and they seem to last awhile.
