The wider 48 ring gauge of Davidoff Signature 6000 gives a broader, rounder smoke than the slimmer Signature sizes. It is a 5 x 48 Robusto, handmade in the Dominican Republic as part of Davidoff’s Signature line.
An Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper covers an Ecuadorian hybrid binder and a Dominican filler. The cigar is mild to medium, and the flavour is built around cream, cedar and toasted nuts, with light spice and a smooth, silky texture.
Construction is clean, with an even burn, a firm ash and a satisfying draw. The profile stays balanced from start to finish, so it suits both experienced smokers and those new to premium cigars.
The Davidoff Signature 6000 pairs well with an aromatic milk coffee, a champagne or a lightly peated whisky, and the robusto size fits a sitting of about 35 minutes.
