Don Tomas Cincuenta Corona
- Size : 6 1/2 x 44
- Strength: Medium
Don Tomás embraces its Honduran heritage in a maduro expression that consistently delivers the rich flavor and balanced smoothness that made the original Don Tomás brand an incredibly pleasurable smoke. In homage to the original Don Tomás blend, Don Tomás Maduro features Honduran and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, imparted with the sweet richness of a Connecticut Maduro binder and wrapped in bold Connecticut Broadleaf. Don Tomás Maduro is a tale of two cities: rich and creamy, with just the right touch of sweetness.

Ordered 5 to try, I’ll be grabbing a couple of boxes. Nice draw, great burn, has a creamy vanilla taste almost all the way through. Mild smoke. I like to smoke my cigars right to the nub, but with this one I found that the taste goes away once you get to the final quarter of it, but at this price point, I have no issues tossing away the last bit and light a new one.

Lit up at 920 and finished at 1045. Nice even burn with 1 relight. Let’s be honest, for the price of this cigar i cant complain. That being said I’d say you’re not going to be wowed by this one. I’d say Meh, for a Friday night. I have a second one of these that will most likely see a tremendous amount of aging before I decide to light it up.

My favorite so far. I’m no connoisseur but “notes of coffee” sounds about right. 90minute, even burn.

Excellent cigar; After leaving in the humidor for few months it became smoother and draw was amazing
