Part of El Septimo’s Culinary Art Collection, this sophisticated cigar takes inspiration from Spain’s famed Rioja wine region, using tobacco matured in Rioja wine barrels to create a refined profile of oak, red fruit, subtle wine character, and warm spice.
A smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper surrounds an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 binder and a complex filler blend of Dominican, Ecuadorian, Nicaraguan, and Brazilian tobaccos. The diverse blend is designed to complement the wine-barrel-aged character without overpowering it, producing a creamy, aromatic smoke with a structured, balanced progression.
Expect nuanced notes of oak, cedar, red berries, dried fruit, cocoa, espresso, sweet cream, leather, and black pepper. A soft vinous sweetness and wine-like bouquet emerge throughout the smoke, evoking the character of a well-aged Rioja while preserving a rich, premium tobacco core.
