Hand-rolled with short filler tobacco leaves that are only from the Vuelta Abajo region, the best tobacco growing region in Cuba, its construction is great, with an easy draw, an even burn and beautiful solid ash. It tastes of wood, earth, pretty robust. Perfect cigar for an outdoor activity.

Il y a plus d’un an que je fume ces cigars que je trouvais assez bien jusqu’à maintenant considérant le prix très abordable. Mais ma dernière commande de 400 cigares Jose L Piedra est une catastrophe. Plus de 50% des cigares sont roulés tellement durs qu’ils ne sont pas fumables. Il serait plus facile de fumer des pièces de bois. Ils sont tellement durs qu’il pourrait supporter un pont. Je ferai une autre commande de ces cigares au cas où ce serait une malchance que j’ai eu, mais sii les prochains sont aussi roulés durs je ferai des commentaires négatifs sur toutes les tribunes que je pourrai pour déconseller les cigares Jose L Piiedra. Prix abordable ne veut pas dire non fumable.
I smoke these cigars over one year and I liked it so far, cosidering their low price. But my last order of 400 cigars Jose L Piedra is a disaster, over 50% are made very hard, unsmokable, it’s like a piece of wood, these cigars can handle a bidge. I’ll try again to order these cigars and if they are similar I’ll will put bad comments on the web erverywhere Jose L Piedra is available. Cheaper does’’nt mean unsmokable.

Nice cigar I really enjoyed it , just had a very tight draw , could be on purpose, just a little to tight for my liking . But I do love the taste I can’t deny that I’m not a fan of peppery cigars so I did like this one just wish it was rolled a little looser . Tight is nice but not when you can’t get a draw from it.

A nice cigar, good quality for the price. Enjoy a Cuban taste for less than 6$ is a great deal IMO. But, the draw is a little bit tight. You must have to use the « perfect draw » tool to correct it.

My last order of these cigars was a disaster. So tightly wrapped, that they are unsmokable. Had to throw them out.

These are unsmokable, they a rolled so tight you can’t smoke them, they are so tight and hard inside that you can’t even run a pic through them, I ordered 30 and have tried to smoke 6 of them and all garbage, all 30 will go in the garbage, i am not happy, it is the absolute worst cigars i have ever purchased, these use to be good, I think our little cuban friend pulled a fast one and shipped juck! the bad news for them they will lose customers!

These are one of my favourite affordable Cubans!! When you humidify them low 60s or high 50s and then dry box them a day or two before they are a dream to smoke !! And especially when you age them they get great with age!

These have a very nice mild to medium flavour that’s easy going and it has the Cuban taste to it!!
