Sourced from the finest tobaccos in Nicaragua, this selection develops a rich, complex blend with notes of sweet cedar, toasted almond, spice, and a creamy finish. Unlike other Nicaraguan puro cigars that are full and spicy, Tres Compadres is sweet and medium-bodied with tons of flavor.
This line of Kristoff cigars is a special tribute from Kristoff Cigars founder, Glen Case, to two late friends: Rolando Villamil, friend and mentor, and Chuck Finch, a dear friend since high school. Together, they are the Tres Compadres.

Very mild and aromatic cigar with notes of chocolate. One thing I liked very much about this cigar was the burn which was even throughout and it stayed lit for a very long time without needing to relight. The only issue I had was the draw, which was a tad bit tight. I had to poke a small hole at the top to help get a better draw. Overall a very delightful cigar, enjoyed with some coffee in the late afternoon or evening.
