The Macanudo Hyde Park is a mellow 5 1/2 x 49 Rothschild with a silky Connecticut Shade wrapper and twice aged filler tobaccos for a notably smooth, consistent profile. Handmade in the Dominican Republic, it combines a Mexican San Andrés binder with a carefully balanced blend of Dominican Piloto Cubano and Mexican long filler tobaccos.
The light Connecticut Shade wrapper gives the blend a creamy, aromatic foundation, while the aged tobacco core delivers refined notes of cedar, toasted almond, cream, hay, soft leather and gentle sweet wood. Its mild body and restrained spice allow the natural tobacco character to remain at the forefront from the first draw through the finish.
