I didn’t like these pouches at all . When I open the pack i was covered in white powder and the taste for me was to over powering . On top of a gross tastes and a ton cover in nic pouch powder I didn’t feel the nicotine at all . Idk I have a 4 mg right now and feel that took a 6mg one and then another 30 minutes later and didn’t feel the nicotine
