Oliva Serie V No. 4 is a compact, full flavored Nicaraguan cigar that delivers the strength and complexity of the Serie V blend in a classic 5 x 43 Petit Corona format. Handmade in Nicaragua, it features a high-priming Ecuadorian sun-grown Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan Habano binder and Nicaraguan long fillers centered on specially fermented Jalapa Valley ligero.
The narrow 43-ring gauge places greater emphasis on the oily, sun-grown Habano wrapper, giving the cigar a concentrated delivery of natural tobacco sweetness, cedar, cocoa, leather, and pepper. Jalapa ligero provides the blend’s structure and depth, adding a rich but refined intensity rather than overwhelming harshness.
The smoke opens with cocoa, sweet cedar, roasted coffee, black pepper, white pepper, leather, and earth. Midway through, dark chocolate, toasted almond, nutmeg, cardamom, oak, cream, and natural tobacco become more pronounced. The finish is bold, woodsy, spicy, and long, with lingering pepper, leather, coffee, cocoa, and dark tobacco.
The traditional 5 x 43 Petit Corona size provides a focused draw and a satisfying smoking time of about 30 to 45 minutes. Oliva Serie V No. 4 is an excellent choice for experienced adult cigar smokers who want a concentrated Nicaraguan Habano and ligero profile with the convenience of a slimmer, shorter-format cigar.

Good burn, smooth, construction you would expect from Oliva. Only reason to take a star is that it doesn’t live up to the Melanio and is too expensive to compete with the Nub, leaving it in a middle ground where I’d take the latter 2 over this. But, no complaints while smoking it

Personal opinion here so dont shoot. But the oliva V are not my bland. I had to put it out. The smoke was smooth but the flavour was repulsive to me. Sucks wanted to like this one. The wrapper was fabulous.
