The Whitman is the fifth cigar in the W.A. series, an installment series based on the films of Wes Anderson. The Whitman gets its name from the protagonists of Anderson’s fifth feature-length film, The Darjeeling Limited. The film chronicles three estranged brothers’ journey of self-discovery as they travel through India by train following the death of their father. Much like Anderson’s film takes you on a journey, so too does the cigar as it presents far more complexity and transitions than you might expect from a cigar with this light of a wrapper.
