Macanudo Black Toro Cigars
- Size: 5 1/2 x 54

A balance of art and science, Macanudo Inspirado Black is part inspiration and part experimentation. Using a new, innovative process, our Connecticut Broadleaf plants underwent special cultural practices, leaving the leaves to ripen on the stalk. Featuring proprietary seeds grown in Estelí, it’s a uniquely fermented blend that produces the utmost in strength and flavor. The result is a beautiful balance of bold, peppery notes intertwined with a subtle undertone of sweet earth. Manufactured in the Dominican Republic, by General Cigar Co., Macanudo’s are mellow, distinctively smooth and easy to smoke. Macanudo is the largest premium handmade cigar brand in the US in terms of sales volume.

A fantastic full bodied cigar with strong espresso, earth, black liquorice and leather flavours. The smoke out put was good and the draw wasn’t tight at all.

Superb flavor and smoke, so damn smooth too. I would certainly buy these again.

It’s a decent budget stick but for a couple bucks more you can get a cigar of such higher quality so I wouldn’t say it’s worth it

The Broadleaf “Black” was my introduction to the Macanudo Inspirado line. Wow! This is a bold yet smooth and flavorful smoke… a complex and nuanced blend that hooked me. The notes change as you smoke the cigar… and I enjoyed every minute of it. It burns evenly, no touch ups and a white ash that hangs on forever. I’ve since tried 4 others in this line and there isn’t a dud in the bunch. Thankyou Macanudo for hitting this one out of the park!
The Toro is the perfect size for this smoke. I’ve also had the Robusto and even though the Macanudo website states the ring gauge as 50, it is in fact 48… it’s a good smoke, but not nearly as good as it’s big brother.
