This brand is the second release from Alec and Bradley. On this project, they worked together with the ‘Godfather’ of cigars, Ernesto Perez-Carrillo at his factory in the Dominican Republic. With the Gatekeeper, they have opened the gates to new tobaccos and experiences. Ernesto has given the Rubin brothers the opportunity to grow as second-generation cigar makers.
This is a great blend of perfectly aged tobaccos from Nicaragua, Ecuador and Dominican Republic.

Great flavour , mild-medium sweet almost nutty flavours then it gets just a little peppery near the end . Would smoke them every day if I could get my hands on a box!

Only bought one so could be a one off issue but it was rolled way too tight, burn issues etc. One note flavor profile, heavy spice. Doubt I’ll grab another. Much better options for the price in my opinion.

Great cigar,, Excellent , smooth, great taste, medium strength cigar.
A woody spice smokey flavor.

Excellent construction, great draw, beautiful presentation. My 3 stars is for the flavour. I did not find this to be a medium-strength cigar; this was full and heady. I DO recommend this to those who like stronger cigars.
