For those that do not know, Eladio Diaz is the master blender behind the Delectados series and is possibly the most famous and respected cigar blender to ever come out of the Dominican Republic. He was the master blender at Davidoff for about 30 years. What most cigar aficionados and aspiring aficionados do not know is that he has a brother who was there with him most of the time and is also named Eladio. How they are both named Eladio is a longer story but they are actually brothers with the same name. I call him the other Eladio but he has a nickname of Chebede. That is how his nickname sounds in Spanish anyway. Where else will you get this knowledge other than Privada? What an awesome community and culture we are growing here. It is well worth the watch. When you smoke this cigar, you will be reminded of a Davidoff cigar from the past. If you have never tried one, know that this is the flavor profile you could expect from those classic white and gold labels. This is what these guys know. That style. They created it. Wow this is a wonderful example of a great Dominican cigar! Great whispy smoke! It has that taste of very well aged Dominican tobacco! I love the cinnamon and cedar flavours in the ceegar! It burns great and is the perfect choice for your first smoke of the day on a clean palate
