I almost don’t want to review these… I want them to be my secret. If you put a $25 price tag on these with a fancy Paul Stulac San Andres label on it I’d still buy it. Filled with tasty tobacco, dense white ash, smell of hay and taste of wood, minerality and slightly tannic – I’m going to need to get more.

For the money, these sticks are outstanding. Better than a lot of the $10-15 cigars out there. Going to my daily driver, wish they would get more in stock so I can order two more bundles.

Absolute knockout of a cigar for its price. Good burn, good ash. Definitely will return to get a bundle.

As others have said, epic stick for the price point. Spectacular flavour profile, very good construction, even burn, doesnt need to be relit. All in all a reliable and clean cigar that performs like others 2 or 3 times its price. A regular bundle in my orders!

Aroma and aftertaste is not quite close to an expensive, good quality popular cigar. However, it is a very carefully constructed cigar that burns wonderfully. It is the kind of every day cigar that u will enjoy without the guilt of spending lots of money for the cigar experience. Most likely the best budget friendly cigar I have ever tried. I bought a bunch with a leap of faith, combined with few more expensive ones, saved for sort of more special occasions. Very happy with this choice. Highly recommended.

It’s not an amazing cigar, but for the price it cannot be beat. It’s got balance, a bit of pepper, and good smoke. The draw is very good even if you have to touch up 4/5 once per stick due to uneven burn. The odd one bay bung up and you’ll have to touch up the wrapper. Burns clean to the fingers, taste is consistenly just good, not amazing, just good. This has been a daily driver for a while and it’s not a winter beater, it’s an enjoyable “drive”. Lots of smoke for the mouth feel, doesn’t leave a bad taste, isn’t very bitter, definitely doesnt taste bad or have off flavors.
Have to rate this 5 for the balance of everything with price. In Canada, it would be hard to beat it, I’d hazard this is the best cheap cigar you can get, and it lasts a good hour or longer depending on how you smoke it, so a great experience with these overall!

Listen, you ain’t gonna find a better stick in Canada for this price. I’ve been smoking these pups for about a year and they’ve been consistently good. Are they on par with a premium Placencia or a My Father? No. That would be ludicrous. I’ve had one or two duds. They need to rest a bit. But I had one last night that was rich, with depth, spice, earth and chocolate. Delicious. Easily comparable to a $20-$30 stick from a local B&M.
I even contacted Paul of Paul Stulac and he informed me they are a ‘Cuban sandwich’ which was mildly shocking to discover. The San Andreas wrapper is premium, and the construction is top notch.
Get some. Or don’t. More for us who’ve stumbled upon this hidden gem among the scarily over priced market here in Canada. Cigar Chief not to blame of course. This is a government infantilizing us premium cigar smokers.
