Rocky Patel The Edge Candela Toro Cigars
- Size: 6 x 52
- Strength: Medium-Bodied
The Exquisite Habano Candela wrapper gives the Edge blend a very unique flavor. Medium in body with flavors that consist of sweet spice and green tea accompanied by a creamy finish.

Really enjoyed this. Not as mild as I thought it would be. It has the same strength and body as the edge Maduro
But the candela gives it a sweet , creamy and subtle minty flavours. I really enjoyed this.

If you haven’t had a candela before, try it. It’s like sweet grass and hay and wet popsicle stick (totally a legit tasting note.) A love it or hate it sort of wrapper. I love em – on occasion. Good with an irish whisky or a white wine.

My very first candela. Spot on with hay and green grass. My Saskatchewan childhood all wrapped up in a wonderful smoke. Probably not a flavour profile for everyone but I am enjoying it immensely.

I haven’t had a green cigar in years, needless to say, the RP Edge did not disappoint. Not as mild as I thought it might be, great taste and burn too. Can’t wait until they’re back in stock.

Bought it for St. Patricks day so it got paired with my stout which my not have been the text book combination but it worked. My palate is not very refined but there were some interesting flavours I got hay and tea for sure. Enjoyed the stick for sure.

Construction is great but maybe candelas are not for me. Very bitter.

Don’t get me wrong. This is NOT a bad cigar, but I went in with high expectations thinking it would be completely different from any other cigar (probably due to it’s look). For something a bit different, above average and would buy again.

My least favorite R.P.
Very bitter flavor.
