I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but this cigar turned out to be a smooth and mellow surprise. It leans medium-bodied with creamy notes of toasted nuts, cedar, and a touch of sweetness—almost like honey or vanilla on the retrohale. It burns evenly, draws like a dream, and feels refined without trying too hard. I like it best with a morning cappuccino or a light rum on ice. This is a great cigar. Nice contrast to the Emerald. Easy draw, and the burn line is consistent. Rocky has done a great job with the Gold and Emerald. Now to try the Sapphire. Hopefully the Sapphire shows up soon.
